Can you create a profile for me on the music services?
Yes, SoundOn can create new artist profiles for you if you do not have them already! When uploading your first product, select 'I don't have a Spotify / Apple artist profile. Create a new one for me" when you are inputting track and artist information within our uploader. This will create a new profile on Spotify and Apple Music. This will also indicate to us that you need new artist profiles created on other services.

My name is the same as another artist. Will I get my own artist page?
If you have the same name as another artist, your releases will still be mapped to your unique artist pages on the DSPs. When uploading your release, just be sure to input your correct Spotify and Apple artist pages.


My release is on the wrong artist page. What do I do?
We are so sorry if your release has appeared on the wrong artist page! We understand this is frustrating, but don't worry - services usually fix these issues very quickly, and it will not affect your revenue or streams (any money made or streams accumulated while these are incorrectly mapped will still be attributed to you!).
In order to fix any mapping issues as quickly as possible, please reach out to us with the following information:

• Album Title / UPC.
• Link(s) to incorrectly mapped music.
• Link(s) to correct artist page(s). If you do not yet have an artist page, please indicate that.
